Hey, I’m Toby! I am a 1.5-year-old terrier mix…or at least that’s our best guess! Honestly, I look like I could be a mix of all sorts of breeds, but trying to figure it out has become part of my charm. I may be a little guy, but I’ve got a huge personality packed into this petite body! I was a stray when I came to the shelter, but you’d never know it by how happy and loving I am. I’m playful, affectionate, dog friendly, and always excited to make new friends. I can be a little awkward in the most adorable way possible. Whether I’m bouncing around playing or curled up beside you, I’m just happy to be included!
